LAPCG has it origins  in the grassroots movement to make medical
cannabis legally available for those who use it in the treatment of
serious illnesses. We are committed to the full implementation of
California's medical cannabis laws and to reforming federal law to allow
for safe access.



LAPCG encourages all of our members to become educated about the
law and to get active in campaign for safe access. In addition to the
plethora of information available on the Internet, you can also find free
literature at our facility.



We are major donors to the Americans for Safe Access (ASA) campaign.
ASA is the largest and most effective campaign to protect medical
cannabis rights nationwide. You can feel good about the fact that you

  • Be part of a patient-based support network
  • Receive up-to-date political, medical and scientific news regarding medical
    marijuana and condition-based issues
  • Have the opportunity to attend organizing trainings led by ASA staff
  • Participate in events with patients' union contingents, including condition-
    based walks and conferences
